It's simple, just be sure to click "BUY" before midnight as each daily deal is only live for 24 hrs. If the minimum number of buyers is reached, then the deal is on and you will be charged for your purchase. Every Friday we will run a deal which will be live for 72 hours.
If the deal is not on that's because not enough people have bought the deal yet, so be sure to share the deal with your family & friends through word of mouth, email, Facebook, and Twitter.
The deal is cancelled and you will not be charged if the minimum number of buyers is not reached. So spread the word to everyone you know!
You don't have to use your voucher the same day you get it. You can use it anytime before it expires, which is clearly noted in the fine print section of the deal page as well as on your voucher.
If the deal reaches its minimum number of buys, you will receive an email letting you know your voucher is ready to be printed.

Please note that this refund policy applies to daily deals only. If you have purchased the Surrey.com Preferred Program Card, the purchase of this card is completely non-refundable. Additionally, if you have purchased a voucher to an online business where you are required to place an order online through the vendor's website, the purchase is a final sale and is completely non-refundable.You can give your coupon to whoever you have purchased it for. Although the coupon has your name on it anyone is able to redeem it.

One year after your Preferred Card is issued, it will expire. You can then purchase a new card from our website.

If a vendor is listed on our Preferred Vendors page, they are required to honor the advertised discount. In the unlikely situation of having your card refused, please contact us at info@surrey.com or call us at (604) 635-2220.
Currently, you can only purchase one Preferred Card per Surrey.com account. If you would like to give the card as a gift, you will need to create a new account for this person. Prior to checkout, you will have the option to enter the name of the receiver, as well as the mailing address to which you’d like the card sent to.
