At Shanti Yoga, we believe . . .
Everyone can, and should, do yoga. It's not just for bendy people. You don't have to be able to touch your toes to your nose. You don't have to be flexible at all really. Except in your mind. Bring curiosity to class and wear something comfortable. A stretchy, fit body will come soon enough. And on the journey, expect to find yourself, your inner yogi and teacher. And yes, you'll have a lot of fun too.
