Architectural Design

Designed by Lovick Scott Architects, TPC will be distinctly different from other commercial developments in the South Surrey area. The building will incorporate the finest materials, technology and design elements rarely seen in a suburban commercial hub. TPC will stand alone as the premier office location in all of South Surrey.

Materials

The longitudinal elevations are broken up into three individual components that are each defined by either copper, white, or lime green metal panels. To bring relief between these elements, vertical charcoal metal towers are recessed between each element. The Northeast face of the building is similar in design with the addition of Cultured Stone at the base of the three towers to demarcate the entrances to the offices. Ample window glazing is provided throughout the design to bring natural light to all sections of the building. The façade is delineated with bands of clear glazing running parallel to the colored metal panels and surrounding the blocks of green tinted glazing that extend from the building face.

Parking

TPC makes every effort to provide tenants with well-positioned surface and secured underground parking. The project offers over 350 total stalls with retail customers enjoying parking within close proximity to all retail tenants. Office tenants will benefit from secured underground parking with direct elevator access into the office building. Lot security is a top priority; ensuring our tenants have a safe and secure parking environment.
