How do I get the daily deal?
A

It's simple, just be sure to click "BUY" before midnight as each daily deal is only live for 24 hrs. If the minimum number of buyers is reached, then the deal is on and you will be charged for your purchase. Every Friday we will run a deal which will be live for 72 hours.

What does it mean if the deal is not on yet?
A

If the deal is not on that's because not enough people have bought the deal yet, so be sure to share the deal with your family & friends through word of mouth, email, Facebook, and Twitter.

What if the deal doesn’t reach the minimum number of buyers?
A

The deal is cancelled and you will not be charged if the minimum number of buyers is not reached. So spread the word to everyone you know!

Do I need to use the voucher the same day I get it?
A

You don't have to use your voucher the same day you get it. You can use it anytime before it expires, which is clearly noted in the fine print section of the deal page as well as on your voucher.

If the deal reaches its minimum number of buys, you will receive an email letting you know your voucher is ready to be printed.

What is your refund policy?

At Surrey.com, if you're not completely happy, neither are we. We pride ourselves on the complete satisfaction of our customers and that's not just fancy talk. We mean it. If you are less than overjoyed with a deal you've purchased (and as long as the deal isn't expired or redeemed), let us know within 15 days of the issue date and we'll quickly give you a full refund. No hassles, no gimmicks, just the Surrey.com service you've come to expect. Let us know how we can help you by sending an e-mail to info@surrey.com.

Please note that this refund policy applies to daily deals only. If you have purchased the Surrey.com Preferred Program Card, the purchase of this card is completely non-refundable. Additionally, if you have purchased a voucher to an online business where you are required to place an order online through the vendor's website, the purchase is a final sale and is completely non-refundable.

You can give your coupon to whoever you have purchased it for. Although the coupon has your name on it anyone is able to redeem it.

Currently, you can only purchase one Preferred Card per Surrey.com account. If you would like to give the card as a gift, you will need to create a new account for this person. Prior to checkout, you will have the option to enter the name of the receiver, as well as the mailing address to which you’d like the card sent to.
